How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Ones your order has shipped, we will send you an email will shipping confirmation and a tracking number.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We ship all U.S. orders through USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Currently we only offer Standard Shipping, no expedited shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping.
Return & Exchanges?
Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned unused in their original condition, with packaging intact and in the same condition you received them.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for returns. Instead, you will receive store credit equal to the amount paid, excluding shipping costs.
Item Condition:We kindly ask that items be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Return Process:
- Please email us at pinoarjewelry@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and a photo of the item.
- We’ll respond with instructions within 2-5 business days to make the process as smooth as possible.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted
- Incorrect or Damaged Items: If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we’re here to make it right with a replacement at no charge. We may ask for a photo to speed up the process.
- Sale Items: Sale items are final and only eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Is your jewelry Hypoallergenic?
Yes, all of our earring posts are made of 18k gold filled Dubai, over brass. Please see exact materials listed under each item.
My package is missing marked as delivered?
Sometimes your tracking number will say "Delivered" before your package has arrived. If this happens to you within 48 hours of the delivery, please try the following:
- Check your shipping notification email to ensure your package was shipped to the correct destination
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package
- See if someone else in the house or building accepted the delivery
- Wait 48 hours -- in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival

Shipping Policies:
your package is lost in transit, we will quickly remake and resend you a replacement.
We will not accept responsibility if your local postal service has marked your items as delivered and you claim you have not received them. The issue then needs to be settled between yourself and the post office.
If you purchased Shipping Protection, please contact us if your item was lost/stolen but marked as delivered.
We do not accept responsibility if you fail to provide the correct address. Please double check to be sure your address is correct before placing your order.
Once the package has been shipped we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. If your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping company. There will be no refunds or replacements sent out until the investigation has been concluded.
